PNNL provides a wide range of services in support of EERE's planning, budget formulation and analysis efforts, including economic and systems analysis supporting multi-year strategic planning and retrospective and prospective assessment of programmatic impact. Examples of our support include:
- Assessment of the potential impacts of successful program completion (GPRA)
- Evaluation of the energy impacts of past program efforts (National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council)
- Assist development of an EERE-wide multiyear planning process and program assistance for BT, WIP and FEMP multi-year planning
- Development of a Technology Tracking Database to status and characterize Industrial Technology Program technologies including economic impact analysis of the impact of major flows into and out of industries of interest
- Development and update of a spreadsheet for tracking multifactor productivity for all manufacturing industries.
